Our client is seeking self-confident, ambitious and high achieving individuals to join their team as a Sales Development Executive.
They are looking for either a graduate who is highly competitive and wants to begin their career in consultative sales or someone who has experience in B2B sales. The individual will be working towards targets and will ideally demonstrate a consistent and successful sales track record. A candidate who has exceeded targets in the past is desirable.
The company are a dynamic and boutique sales agency, working internally on outsourced B2B sales. The company specialise in sales appointment-making, fully outsourced telesales solutions and sales consultancy. Their overall goal is to operate seamlessly as an essential part of their clients' sales function, by using sales practice principles and a highly client focused business model.
Our client is working with some very exciting and market leading organisations in the SaaS, IT, Social and Digital space across EMEA & North America. They promote a culture that puts a strong emphasis on team moral, self-development and actively encourages entrepreneurship.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm. The annual salary ranges between £16,000 - £26,500 + OTE dependent on experience. Commission (quarterly) is payable up to £12,000 and the company offer long term development to improve on this. Bespoke and high level sales training will be offered throughout your career. 22 days holiday (3 to be used at Christmas) and social/team nights/events are offered.
? Pitching prospects on behalf of the company's clients.
? Quickly learning & adapting to their clients market proposition.
? Liaising with Snr. management in companies across the UK & Internationally.
? Qualifying opportunities using consultative sales techniques.
? Exceeding set targets & activity metrics.
? Providing accurate reports & market feedback.
? Meeting clients for project briefings, project feedback or pitches.
Experience / skills:
? Be high achieving, ambitious and highly competitive in nature.
? Clearly demonstrate why you want to have a career in sales.
? Have outstanding communication skills; written and verbal.
? Ideally educated to degree level, minimum GCSE's grade C in English, Maths and Science.
? Possess initiative and adaptability being productive working alone and within a team.
