Sales Development Executive (Marketing Services )
£34,000 Basic + 12000 bonus+benefits

This role is an ideal stepping stone to the higher levels of account management and the road .It consists of a combination of account management and business development with key decision makers promoting this prestigious and highly rated service .You will combine a track record of achievement with the ability to sustain a genuine rapport .A background in selling marketing and lead generation services is a definite plus accompanied by a tremendous real sales flair with clients new and old .Sales professionals from other adjacent industries ,especially IT ,are particularly welcome.Its about your professionalism and drive .The ability to achieve results and maintain a strong ambassadorial presence for our client is all.
In this role you will fullfill the following duties.
- identify and meet key decision makers in your given territory
- Understand your prospects’ challenges regarding data, demand generation and content marketing to present a solution
- Grow your network of contacts within your given key accounts, understand their strategies and structures, build an engagement strategy
- Review existing relationships across the sales teams in your given accounts to leverage opportunities
- Build Account and territory plans
- Manage all stages of the sales process from identification to closure and track progress in SFDC
- Forecast accurately expected bookings
- Work collaboratively with the Analyst team to support your sales approach
- Be a strong team member and enjoy winning in a team environment
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance objectives
- Performance measurements include monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives as well as additional KPIs (size of pipeline, meetings held etc.)

Years of proactive sales experience ,ideally in a demand creation/telemarketing agency enviroment or IT.
Show real promise in your ability to develop business and take on a long term career with the company .
An ability to demonstrate years of success with verifiable results .
