Sales Desk & Customer Team Lead

My client are leaders within their field looking to recruit a permanent Sales & Customer Service Controller. 

You will be focused on providing first class customer service to the business network and supporting the UK sales team to achieve their targets.

You will be responsible for:

Supervising Customer Service Team of 3
Campaign Handling – Setting up of seasonal promotions and campaigns
Liaison closely with Supply Chain Department 
Maintenance of Systems
Price and Discount Maintenance
Creation of reports and tracking 
Develop team to enable sales growth – direct sales / upselling
Office based

The successful candidate will be:

IT Literate – Microsoft Office and advanced in Excel
Bespoke Software Systems – Quick learner of new systems
Customer Service Experience
Line Manager/Supervisor experience
Good communicator and team player
Ability to Troubleshoot issues and to implement solutions
