Sales & Customer Services Advisor

The role will involve regular contact with customers over the phone. Emphasis is placed on fostering excellent client relationships so effective communication skills are very important. The role involves no cold calling but we are looking for candidates who have previous experience within a similar role. A good working knowledge of MS Office (spreadsheets and word processing) is also required.

The Role

  • Managing own book of customers
  • Process all inbound calls and provide a punctual outbound service to existing client base
  • Input sales on the computer system
  • Dealing with any order queries and corrective actions
  • Diligent tracking of all activities and contacts
  • To ensure that all customer complaints are managed through to resolution
  • Computer work and general admin duties
