As a Sales Customer service officer , London FinTech your responsibilities and duties will includes:

  • Supporting Sales team on inbound Inbox ensuring all leads are allocated
  • Liaising with cutomers pitching my clients product and ensuring relationships are built
  • Managing my clients social media presence ie Linkedin
  • Supporting Direct Channel
  • Dealing with Enquiries around product
  • Diary management and Co ordination
  • Represent the business internally and externally
