As a Sales Customer service officer , London FinTech your responsibilities and duties will includes:
- Supporting Sales team on inbound Inbox ensuring all leads are allocated
- Liaising with cutomers pitching my clients product and ensuring relationships are built
- Managing my clients social media presence ie Linkedin
- Supporting Direct Channel
- Dealing with Enquiries around product
- Diary management and Co ordination
- Represent the business internally and externally
