As a market leader within the Logistics, freight & distribution sector, this large group operates internationally in 40 countries and has developed an enviable reputation for excellence, service and capability. Supporting a niche client market, the business is growing and supported by continuous investment in technology, facilities and staff. Due to ongoing contract growth, the organisation is currently seeking a Sales & Customer Service Executive to support existing customer contracts and develop/farm new business opportunities. Reporting to the General Manager, your remit includes:

•Identifying potential sales targets & winning new business opportunities
•Tracking sales leads to monitor immediate & future requirements
•Development of & prioritising an annual sales plan to deliver business objectives
•Preparation & delivery of sales presentations to prospective customers
•Maintenance & reporting on customer information
•Monitoring of & reporting on market & competitor activities
•Meeting & exceeding Key Performance Indicators

As an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in B2B sales delivery, ideally within the Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain or Freight sector, you will demonstrate strong MS Office experience, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills alongside the ability to work on your own initiative. The role demands a self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic approach, commercial awareness and the gravitas to influence key decision makers.
