Based in our Outbound and Inbound call centre, you will liaise with consumers who have responded to our Social Media adverts throughout the UK, gather information, prepare client claim forms and arrange appointments for our document collection team. Working Hours are 10:00 am - 19.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 10 am -18.00pm Friday In this role, you will be paid a basic salary of £15,600k plus you will be able to earn a realistic OTE of £30k. Incentives - Holidays Abroad, TV's, Computers etc Full training will be provided along with ongoing coaching and supportThe Candidate:
-Previous telemarketing experience desirable, however, full training will be provided -Comfortable working within a target driven environment -Highly driven and motivated -Strong organisation skills -Excellent telephone manner - IT literate - Enthusiastic and confident communicators who want success.
