A well-established promotional merchandise company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its growing sales operations. This is a confidential opportunity ideal for someone organised, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and branding.

About the Role

• Coordinate sales and project delivery from enquiry to invoicing
• Source products, prepare quotes, and manage orders
• Liaise with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely delivery
• Support senior team members across sales and production
• Deliver excellent client service and build strong relationships
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and CRM updates

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, merchandise, or client-facing roles
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident with numbers and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM and Adobe skills a plus
• Friendly, reliable, and eager to grow
