Due to expansion our Client based in North Bristol, is currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This role is crucial to the Company so they are looking for someone that is going to make a positive impact to a Company that is going to be experiencing an extensive amount of growth over the next couple of years.
Main Purpose of Job:
The generation & retention of customers
*Gaining commitment from Customers by gaining appointments on behalf of Fleet Managers and Field Sales Representatives by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
* Need to possess an excellent telephone manner
* High level communication skills
* Be extremely organised
Ensure customer expectations are managed and met.
Ensure that current processes, procedures and systems meet the requirements of the business, making recommendations for improvement and efficiencies as appropriate.
Effectively plan and organise all areas of administration to ensure that all time deadlines are met.
All tasks to be undertaken in line with company policy.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other sales personnel to ensure that best practice is shared across the company.
Seek regular customer feedback on products and services ensuring that they are input to the company quality assurance system.
