My client is an existing merchant (chip and Pin) company who are moving their full sales team over to Stockport Centre. They are currently looking to recruit several sales coordinators to help with the admin and customer service aspects of a busy contact centre.
The Sales Coordinator Role Working as a Sales Coordinator you will be the central contact point for customer service via e-mail and phone, whilst dealing with all telesales team queries. You will re arrange appointments that are not geographically possible, whilst being responsible for all follow up calls to field sales team with e-mail confirmation of the results. You will also allocate all Inbound Warm Leads to relevant sales teams. Then you will collate all Signed results for field sales team and to use with commission run.

Set up warm appointments with the field Sales Team
Respond to all enquiries and leads ASAP, and follow up with the appropriate internal team member to make sure the call is properly addressed.
Communicate via email with website visitors who are interested in learning more about the business finance options available to them.
Respond to sales enquiries via email.
Excellent attention to detail
Good customer service/sales skills
Ability and desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, and effectively act as an intermediary between prospects + internal sales teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
