Our client is a world leader in travel accessories, they are highly successful operate on a global scale. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to work in their beautiful offices in North West London. The successful candidate will be joining a small and friendly team who will support you throughout your training and development.

Duties Include:

* Providing administrative support to the Sales Managers
* First point of contact for customers and clients
* Processing customer orders
* Communicating with customers via email and telephone
* Liaising with warehouses and freight forwarders
* Managing several sales platforms and online shops
* Dealing with queries and complaints

Skills Required:

* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of working with Amazon, Google and EBay
* Excellent written and numeracy skills
* Articulate and well spoken
