Seeking an experienced Account Manager / Sales Support / Sales Administrator / Internal Sales for a growing Client in the Langley area. Bonus, parking, free lunch, pension, 20 days holidays + BH.Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm OR 7am - 4.30pm.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm OR 7am - 4.30pm.

A typical day will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the telephone or email
  • Supporting the external sales team from Head Office
  • Processing sales orders from clients over the telephone and via email
  • Raising quotations and sales proposals
  • Communicating with clients regarding deliveries
  • Ordering stock from suppliers
  • Following up of quotes with existing clients
  • Sales administration

Who we are looking for:

  • Experienced in a similar role
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Used to working on CRM systems or sales order processing systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Enjoy being on the phone
  • Naturally builds relationships
  • Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude
  • Hard working
  • Ability to absorb product detail - training will be given
