Kudos Catering (UK) Limited are creative caterers and event services for events, weddings, contract catering at venues and daily office deliveries. The company has been around for over 40 years and is also part of a larger Partnership, one of the leading event and catering companies in the industry.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Coordinator to manage and convert enquiries to increase sales revenue to the venue utilising booking system. The ideal candidate will grow the business by securing new clients and new business on an on-going basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Gaining appointments and research for new business
Preparing and issuing a contract and invoice for all sales
Managing debt through collecting payments in a timely manner
Maintaining an up to date CRM system, logging all enquiries through booking system
Diary management - ensuring space is used effectively and maximised
Conducting market research to formulate new packages
Taking part in exhibitions with the assistance of the sales team
Communicating with clients and colleagues effectively.
The successful candidate will have/be:
Experience within a similar role
Strong communication and administration skills
High standards of presentation for sales activity and conversion
