The role of Business Development Administrator will work closely with the Business Development Director to coordinate and ensure that the sales process and expectations are in line with customer requirements. The successful candidate will maintain relationships with customers and organise appointments with the Sales Director, attend customer account reviews, maintain customer account plans, action points and business plans for projected forecasts. Produce monthly reports, support bid process and support competitor analysis.
