My client is looking for an Internal Sales Support candidate to join their friendly team. If you have experience within Help desk coordination / Coordinating Engineers or simply Sales Administration - We would like to hear from you!
Hours of work – 09:00AM - 17:30PM / Monday - Thursday / Friday - 9:00AM - 17:00PM
Contract – 6-12 month contract (with chance for an extension)
Salary - £18,000
• Processing and checking customer orders on the computer system
• Liaising with a variety of different departments
• Answer the telephone and assist with customer requests and queries and record messages
• Confident professional telephone manner
• Compiling KPI reports for management
• Administration - Filling, scanning and photocopying
• Contribute to the achievement of current team and individual objectives.
• Carry out any additional duties or tasks as directed that are commensurate with the role and position.
• Experience within Sales Administration / Help desk coordinator for contractors
• Excellent command of English, written and oral
• Good telephone manner
• Excellent key board skills
