Sales Coordinator - Tamworth

Hollyfield Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join their client based in Tamworth on a permanent basis.

Duties to include:

  • Working within a small team
  • Converting queries into sales opportunities
  • Identifying customers needs
  • Building relationships with an existing customer base
  • Sending out and following up marketing campaigns
  • Upselling and cross selling products
  • Managing a busy diary
  • Working with internal departments and external contacts
  • Handling customer queries
  • Updating internal databases
  • Processing orders
  • Generating and sending quotations
  • Problem solving
  • Working to individual and team targets

Essential Skills and experience:

  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Appointment booking experience is desired but not essential
  • Dynamic, hungry and driven attitude
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
  • Able to manage a busy workload
  • A car driver due to travel requirements of the role

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm


£16,000 - £19,500 per annum plus bonus
