Sales Coordinator - London

Our client is a leading manufacturer of soft seating. They are looking to employ a Sales Coordinator to administer all incoming sales enquiries, quotations and tender responses and help maintain client relationships.

Job Summary:

Administer all incoming sales enquiries, quotations and tender responses. Maintain client relationships. Taking responsibility for the day to day running and upkeep of the showroom and to support the sales team.

  • Maintaining Customer relationships
  • Tender returns and quoting
  • Database management
  • Working within the London based sales team
  • Sales order and invoicing reporting
  • Monitoring and administering sales, quality and purchase related reports
  • Comply with all health and safety requirements
  • Managing the showroom
  • Welcoming and hosting visitors to the showroom
  • Coordinating sample loans and managing London sample stock
  • Showroom event management

Candidate Profile:

  • General office duties experience
  • Good IT skills
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Customer focused approach
  • Professional and friendly approached
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexibility in accordance with Company requirements whilst exhibiting a 'can do’ attitude
  • It would also be advantageous to have an understanding of ISO9001 and experience of Sage


  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
