RZ Group are welcoming a new client, an Industry leading Medical and Health Care product solutions provider based in Chorley who are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
You will support the daily administration and coordination of sales activity across the UK, including Technical Services, Customer Satisfaction and Commercial activity.
You will maintain existing relationships with customers, by maintaining regular contact and marketing new and existing products.
You will also assist with monitoring customer activity and collating information for reports
Key Skills and Experience
* Exceptional administrative experience - ideally within a commercial setting supporting sales teams
* Exceptional communication skills - liaise with various internal departments and daily contact with customers
* Exceptional computer skills - Inputting data, collating information/data, tracking orders etc.
* Highly organised and ability to multi task
* Personal Assistant/Secretarial experience would be advantage
* An interest in marketing would be beneficial - marketing products to customers, producing marketing documentation.
