We are looking a Sales Controller, who must have previous motor finance experience, to work as part of our successful sales team representing the motorcycle market's leading brands. This is a fantastic opportunity and for the right candidate a highly rewarding one.
As the sales controller, you will be responsible for maximising all sales and finance income and profit associated with the sale of new and used motorcycles. You will be responsible for managing all sales enquiries in to the dealership to ensure we maximise all opportunities with the sales team who will be targeted through you on the sale of finance and unit profit in line with the company KPI's.
You will be responsible for FCA compliance and ensuring the sales process and tracking of all enquires are kept true and accurate. A comprehensive and accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management will be a key part of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven record of sales achievement in either the motorcycle, automotive or retail industries. Ideally you will be FCA accredited and already have experience as a sales controller and motor finance experience.
You will be a proven performer who is able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively qualify customers and support the sales team by leading by example. You will be computer literate and possess the ability to present figure work in a simple, clear and understandable manner following the rules and regulations as laid down by the FCA at all times.
The key for SMC is to find that individual who possesses a well-structured approach to supporting the sales team and have the ability to motivate the team.
An excellent basic salary and commission structure will be awarded to the successful candidate that will reflect your experience & qualifications as well as the importance of this role to our business.
Industry leading F&I training will be provided as necessary.
Store Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday from 9am - 5.30pm, Sundays 10.30am - 4.30pm
