Due to continued growth of the business, this modern and newly refurbished car dealership is now seeking a Sales Controller to join their fantastic sales team at their site near Oxford. This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Sales Controller or a Senior Sales Executive to further their career within a forward-thinking group.
As the Sales Controller you will be responsible for;
- Assisting the General Sales Manager in overseeing the sales operation of the dealership, while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maximising profitability per unit, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries.
- You will help direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans and maintaining brand standards.
- Over-see and improve CSI and motivate the team to provide the best customer service possible.
Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working as a Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or a Senior Sales Executive with New and Used Car Sales experience. We would be very interested in applicants who are currently working in a franchise car dealership.
This role boasts an excellent commission structure, with an achievable OTE circa £50,000 - £55,000 (with top earners surpassing this).
