- As the Sales Controller, you will assist the General Sales Manager in overseeing the sales operation of the dealership, while delivering outstanding customer service.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising profitability per unit, exploring sales opportunities and managing all sales enquiries.
- The candidate will help direct and motivate a sales team whilst implementing effective sales plans and maintain brand standards.
Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working as a Sales Controller, Transaction Manager or a Senior Sales Executive with New and Used Car sales experience. We would be very interested in applicants that have a stable background and are currently working in a franchise car dealership.
With the excellent commission structure this role boasts an achievable OTE circa £50,000 (with top earners surpassing this).
