Sales Contract Administrator

An exciting business in the heart of Basildon is looking for a confident Sales Contract Administrator. They are looking for someone with a bit of gravitas about them who would be confident at dealing with internal stakeholder.

The role is initially a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or to be made permanent for the right candidate. You would be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.00/5.30pm and paying between £17,000 - £18.500 per annum


  • Process all orders received onto SAP system, ensuring that they are entered correctly
  • Action and maintain various team mailboxes within agreed service
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including; Sales Support, Sales Force, Logistics, Transport and other functions
  • Maintain Order Books
  • Setting up of contracts on SAP
  • General Administrative duties
  • Answering the phone and dealing with problems where they arise.


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding Customer Service, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail as in this role your accuracy will be monitored
  • Confident at dealing with internal stakeholders
