Contact Centre Partners is looking for a Sales Contact Centre Manager for our client based in London.
Reporting to the commercial director, you will be responsible for 3 team coaches and in turn oversee a sales function of circa 25FTE through your direct reports.
Your role will encompass team coaching and development which will include weekly performance reviews with each of your coaches to support their ongoing development, people management where you will offer and take feedback in a supportive and constructive fashion, offer support with any customer satisfaction issues and act as an escalation point where required.
You will monitor team output and identify both positives and development areas of individual agents by reviewing performance in conjunction with direct managers.
