Our Manchester office are providing staff to all types of educational establishments on a daily basis, and work for thousands of supply teachers and support staff.

Recruitment experience is not necessary. If you have a big personality and serious about starting a long-term career in a people-based role, then this could be the position for you.

What do we offer?

Basic Salary of £20-23k

• Uncapped commission with no threshold
• OTE £30,000 - £45,000 in year one

Upon joining, you will enrol in our professional development programme, offering training, coaching and mentoring for those who are starting their career in education recruitment. We want you to achieve important milestones as you learn, and we will train you to become an all rounded, successful recruitment consultant. Your graduation will be celebrated with a Directors lunch along with your manager.
