Sales Consultant

Based in Peterborough

Basic salary £25,000.00 - 30,000.00 + commission (OTE £40,000.00 - £45,000.00)

Sales Consultants are a key part of our Internal Sales Team, working closely with our Clients, Account Managers and Technical Consultants. They cultivate successful relationships, endearing those they interact with to procure their hardware/software through the Complete I.T. Internal Sales Team.

They handle enquiries produced by our Clients, Account Managers and Technical Consultants, investigating and providing necessary feedback and generating required quotations off the back of these interactions.

They also process orders in a timely manner, ensuring Clients approval and provide quality information regarding the orders and delivery times. They also work closely with other departments and teams across the business to ensure the delivery of exceptional levels of service.

Sales Consultants are expected to utilise internal applications to generate quotations, update Clients, process orders and close down their pipeline of open opportunities.

You must be a highly motivated and professional individual with a passion for IT and Sales. You will have first class interpersonal skills and an understanding of the IT industry. You will be able to network and negotiate and have a desire to win, be the best and deliver!
