Develop relationships with new and existing brokers, introducers and bank partners
Manage and convert new business leads provided from the Marketing team
Personally develop new leads by self-prospecting and managing a local CRM
Interactive closely with other field based Relationship Managers
Provide accurate Management information on a regular basis
Proven track record in new business field sales ideally within the insurance of FS sector
Exception level of business and commercial acumen
Be corporate in both manner and appearance
Ability to read and perform financial analysis from a set of accounts
Ability to liaise and build relationships both internally and externally
