Recognised by the Sunday Times as one of the best 100 companies to work, for they have established offices in the U.S and Germany with a combined work force of 120 and are currently looking for a trainee recruiter to join their fast-growing business in Reading.
This is a great Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancy to suit a tenacious and goal-driven candidate with sales experience or a degree. Eligible candidates will be exteremely resilient and able to hit targets in a high-intensity environment.
My client is based in a modern, open-plan working environment in Reading. The office has an upbeat, energetic atmosphere where mini breaks are encouraged for team-building activities, which can range from a game of pool to FIFA.
The company provides quality in-class training to all its consultants, along with fast-track starter packs outlying the career progression from trainee to director level. As part of this rapidly growing business, a successful Trainee Consultant can be promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant by their third year, with OTE up to £70,000.
The successful Trainee Recruiter can expect to initially work the candidate market; sourcing candidates to match with the requirements of specific job roles and marketing existing job roles using adverts across job boards and social media.
As the Recruiter progresses, work will eventually evolve into a full 360 role; holding meetings with both clients and candidates to develop business through live working relationships and face-to-face meetings and managing the interview processes from initial contact to the close.
