We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and resourceful Sales Consultant, ideally with knowledge of the Lift and Escalator industry, to sell New Equipment Major Projects to customers across the North West region.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and maintain good working relationships with the existing customer base and develop new customers
  • Attend customer meetings to discuss tenders, post-bid and pre-contract as required
  • Manage the tender process for new equipment major projects
  • Plan and agree own strategy, in conjunction with the Sales Director, regarding account planning and customer analysis

You will be a talented and engaging Sales Professional who has a proven track record in maximising both revenue returns and customer satisfaction within the Construction industry. You will be experienced in sourcing new business opportunities as well as further developing existing relationships. Whilst knowledge of the lift industry would be useful, it is more important to be a driven and self-sufficient sales professional. Knowledge of the Construction industry and the ability to read technical drawings is essential.

You will  be target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation and be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload to ensure that the Customer has any day to day issues resolved effectively and that all sales, KPI and revenue targets are achieved.
