Sales Consultant/ Business Development Manager
£35-40k + commission (£40k+ OTE) + benefits + pension
Our client are an award winning flexible and voluntary benefits provider. They are now looking for a Senior Business Development Managers to attack the corporate market. Our client is now heavily investing in their sales team which they are looking to increase from 7 to 20 within the next 12 months, so have some really exciting growth plans for the future.
They are looking for this Business Development Manager to be able be a self-starter and have control of their own full sales cycle, from generating their own leads to presenting face to face to clients. This is a 100% New Business role, with the candidate having a new business focused attitude to work and follow up leads effectively and understand the full service offering available from my client and consultative sell bespoke solutions to clients
The candidate must have experience selling within Employee Benefits, Flexible Benefits or Voluntary Benefits. In addition they must be hungry and keen to go out and win new business for the client and be very hands on. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to generate large revenue with a company and be successful.
