Sales Consultant/Business Development Executive

Our client, a leader in their field, is looking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated New Business Manager who will be responsible for developing new and existing client relationships within the SME sector.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within and inbound and outbound environment. They will be proactive, have excellent communications skills and be able to manage a very busy workload effectively.

Their clients and prospects communicate with them in multiple ways and so the ability to manage multi-channel communication is imperative.

Job Responsibilities:

In your role as a New Business Manager you will promote the company’s services to both potential, new and existing clients. Whether this be on the phone, face to face or out at events across the country.

The right applicant should have:

•              B2B sales experience

•              Excellent communication skills

•              The ability to consultatively promote their services providing clients with the best solution to suit their needs

•              A proactive approach to outbound opportunities

•              The ability to build long term relationships with clients, and present new services to them

•              Be flexible and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude

•              Experience of meeting targets

•              A sound knowledge of the SME sector

In return for your hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary, plus commission. You will be mainly office based at their modern offices in Wrexham, but there will be occasions where you will be required to attend meetings/events anywhere in the UK (small part). You will be part of a team who are enthusiastic, hard working and passionate about the company and the service they provide. Product training will be provided.
