Our client is currently looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join a very progressive team. The successful candidate will be working in a friendly and dynamic office environment and will be responsible for building relationships with new customers and maintaining the day to day account management. This role requires someone with previous experience within a customer service, sales or account management role. This is a busy role as part of a team helping to drive business excellence. Key requirements of the role will include:
To take inbound calls from customers who require a quotation and to assist with general enquiries
Warm account management rather than cold sales
Provide quotes that meet the needs and expectations of the customer through a personal touch, focusing on the quality of service
Following up on outstanding quotations
Up sell and cross sell where necessary of various products
The Ideal Candidate
This role requires someone who will deliver exceptional customer service and will demonstrate the following skills:
- Previous customer service / sales experience or relevant role
Pro-active and driven
Ambitious and able to use initiative and build relationships with customers
Have the ability to manage the day to day running of customer accounts
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work towards targets
Must have the desire to learn
