Business Development Executive | Sales Manager | Key Account Manager
Do you have solid commercial experience gained within the freight forwarding industry? Albeit new business or key account management? Are you confident building new relationships and bringing new business on board?
Our client has offices in Southampton, Felixstowe & Heathrow and is looking to start an office in Essex, although initially they are happy for the successful candidate to work from home.
In this role you will be responsible for a mixture of new business and managing existing accounts, being the face of the company within the Essex / London region, introducing the company and its supply chain solutions.
Due to the size of the company, they have access to favourable rates with the shipping lines and carriers, and pride themselves on their high service levels & customer satisfaction.
If you are confident making your own appointments, presenting to clients & ultimately winning new business, this could be the perfect long-term career move.
- Previous import and/or export experience
- Proven sales / commercial background
- Full driving licence
- Good negotiation skills
- IT / System knowledge
- Established relationships
