Responsible for conducting sales coaching and administration of the Consultants and introduce them to the sales process. Develop individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance. Sales coach is to determine training needs by observing the Consultant team; observe sales approach, sales encounters, study sales results reports, and conferring with Manager of Consumer Sales. Sales coach is to develop performance improvement plans when needed with a focus on company direct sales method. Additionally Sales Coach should help in developing processes and materials for Sales Training.
*Coach each Consultant individually to assess their sales ability needs in order to maximize lead conversion rate.
*Design and develop training infrastructure to create a training focused culture.
*Review and update training policies on an annual basis.
*Design, produce and implement training programs to meet sales needs.
*Ensure all staff receives ongoing sales trainings and provides constant follow up thereafter.
*Evaluate skill sets and knowledge of the Consultants and trainees; provide feedback and documentation to management.
*Communicate and interact effectively with decision makers, at all levels internally and externally.
*Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
*Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
*Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
*5+ years in sales training, preferable in the travel sector.
*Worked in the travel or hospitality background (luxury brand a plus).
*Proven experience in consumer sales contact centers (inbound/outbound) in the travel or hospitality background or other industries with complex selling processes (e.g., financials services, luxury travel).
*Proven Knowledge of calls/CRM techniques and consumer sales approaches/methods
*Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
*Work both in a small local team and within a larger global team in a highly motivated, competitive environment toward a common goal.
*Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
*Proven ability to drive to successful consumer sales team developing structured and personalized training programs
*Ambitious, passionate, and results driven.
*Strong leadership skills in order to effectively lead and train a team of sales representatives.
*Proven ability to achieve results and work well under pressure.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
*Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
*Salary of £30k plus generous bonus OTE £50k
