Sales Co-ordinator to assist in the general growth and development of the web sales channels, primarily responsible for creating tactical offers for group using proven and successful process which involves liaising with internal and external suppliers.
Research the market to identify potential special offer deals
Liaise and negotiate with dealers, manufacturers and finders to identify and create
Upload new deals onto the system
Manage stock levels and validity of offers
Ensure deals are communicated to sales teams
Provide reporting to the Commercial Director on volumes created on the campaigns
by all sales channels
The role will involve working with a dedicated data analyst who will support with pricing and the uploading of deals to the relevant systems. The role will be supported by and report to the Commercial Department.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload and capable of working in a fast paced
environment working to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and relationship builder with both internal and
Computer Literate with experience of web based systems
A general knowledge of the car industry
A fair understanding and interest in the various makes & models available
Someone that is self-driven and can use their own initiative
