The jobs duties,
- Process pricing agreements and other settings into CRM management system for clients.
- Act upon any tasks and/or schedule follow up for Internal Sales resulting from appointments.
- Entering all new and existing sales leads into CRM system for Internal Sales team to make contact.
-Receive and record all appointment outcomes into CRM (via verbal download from Sales Person) after appointment.
-Analyse all sales leads (look up online to assess suitability, credit-worthiness, business type, etc)
-Extract data on all quotes not closed by CS team and schedule follow-up calls for Internal Sales.
-Prepare all paperwork, reporting or research required for Sales Person to visit, once appointments have been generated.
-Trigger '1st Order Gift' packs and arrange for Sales Person to revisit new customer to on board the account.
-Accuracy and drive for correctness for database management or writing to customers.
-Comfortable with Advanced Excel to manipulate client spread sheets and prepare proposals.
- Send generic correspondence on behalf of Internal Sales team - including account forms.
