Duties and Responsibilities:
- First point of contact
- Proactive sales to existing customers
- Working out profit margins to company standard
- Liaising with suppliers in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Belgium
- Dealing with customers who phone in with sales and enquires
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Inputting orders onto the in-house computer system
- Purchasing ad-hoc products
- Checking stock and delivery times from in-house system
- Liaising with Warehouse and other branches of deliveries and stock
- Dealing with Technical queries from customers
- Dealing with invoice queries
- General admin
At least 3 years internal sales or customer service experience.
- A tactful negotiator.
- Good commercial awareness and communicator
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced office environment and a team player.
- Basic Word and Excel.
