Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. First point of contact
  2. Proactive sales to existing customers
  3. Working out profit margins to company standard
  4. Liaising with suppliers in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Belgium
  5. Dealing with customers who phone in with sales and enquires
  6. Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  7. Inputting orders onto the in-house computer system
  8. Purchasing ad-hoc products
  9. Checking stock and delivery times from in-house system
  10. Liaising with Warehouse and other branches of deliveries and stock
  11. Dealing with Technical queries from customers
  12. Dealing with invoice queries
  13. General admin


At least 3 years internal sales or customer service experience.

  • A tactful negotiator.
  • Good commercial awareness and communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced office environment and a team player.
  • Basic Word and Excel.
