Our client makes high quality, custom sports clothing and accessories for those who seek out adventure and want to live their lives to the fullest. They are now looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their small and friendly team.
You’ll become a key member of a busy and exciting department where no two days are the same. You’ll be integrated into all aspects of the business and will be supported to develop both personally and professionally. What’s more, there is potential for this to grow into a full-blown sales role as the company continues to expand.
As a Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll help to promote our client’s range of sports clothing products.
In this varied role, you’ll support the Sales Team by processing sales and completing back office tasks. This will include communicating with customers, liaising with the Design Team and distributing clothing sizing packs to prospective customers.
Our client takes part in a number of cycling events, shows and exhibitions, and you’ll have the chance to both support and attend these. You’ll help to collate materials, agree the positioning of company stands and promote our client’s products during events.
Additionally, you’ll assist the Warehouse Department during peak times and provide general administrative support in the office.
Interested? Whilst no experience is required, to be considered, you’ll need:
- A good understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software packages
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
- A full driving licence
As a Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll have great interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, you’ll be a confident individual who can easily integrate into an established team.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role would be beneficial. An interest in cycling and outdoor sports would also be an advantage.
