I am exclusively recruiting for a Sales Administrator in Stoke on Trent.
This is an amazing opportunity to join an exciting group of companies. The ideal candidate would have a manufacturing background with retail experience.
You will be delivering customer service to UK and international customers and clients. High attention to detail is a must for this role as you will be responsible for all administration of documents to ensure accurate order processing.
Responsibilities will include:
- managing the process of order through to delivery.
- providing the highest level of customer service.
- ensuring all international orders are entered on to the system efficiently.
- updating and maintaining the stock file.
- producing data reports.
- generating orders and following through on fulfillment.
- liaising with other teams.
- printing orders and allocating to the warehouse team for picking.
- contacting key customers to secure future orders.
What do you need to possess in order to be a part of this global, leading team?
- Previous experience of a Sales Administration, Sales Co-ordinator or Order Processing role with excellent customer service skills.
- High volume order entry experience.
- The ability to work towards deadlines with a high attention to detail.
- Be computer literate.
- Brilliant communication skills along with the ability to think for yourself.
- Experience of working within the retail industry (desirable)
