My client’s, a fantastic property company are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to cover a number of offices within the industry.
The role will require you to build and maximise relationships with potential suppliers. This position holds huge responsibility in the company and the development will revolve around you. My clients are looking for someone who knows the UK industry well and has a proven track record dealing with clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Promoting the benefits of the companies partnership scheme
- Keeping up to date with relationship performance
- Generating new business
- Researching and contacting new and existing clients
- Offering support to current branches within the business
- Creating and implementing long-term sales strategies
- On-going training of new and existing clients
- Arranging and attending meetings to introduce the company
- A Strong and relentless sales mentality
- A long proven background within the industry
- You need to demonstrate strong sales skills
- Evidence of canvassing for new business
- Very good negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving licence
In return for this position my clients are looking to offer a negotiable basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 with a realistic OTE of £50,000.
