We here at Witton Recruitment are working alongside a rapidly growing telecommunications provider that has been the forefront of corporate communication solutions for over 20 years. The client is on the hunt for a quality Sales Executive who’s a hungry individual looking to grow within this already successful sales team. With an inviting basic and the average take home of £28,000 with OTE’s.

This client has recently signed massive contracts with main providers and once appointing a new member are looking to launch massive campaigns.

You will be supported by a field sales executive and targeted on booking appointments, account management skills and closing of sales. Campaigns and warm leads are always in place to close.

This Sales Based Account Manager role will include:

  • Developing and closing new business along with Field Sales Executive

  • Manage inbound enquiries converting into sales

  • Assist in the processing of quotes, processing of orders and following orders through to implementation

  • Help spotting gaps in the market to help when creating campaigns

  • Record customer information following phone calls and meetings

  • At times you’ll be required to assist Field Sales Agent

  • Pitching benefits to clients

  • Gaining data

The ideal candidate for this Sales Based Account Manager Role will include:

  • Previous business development or account manager experience

  • Keen to learn and hungry by nature

  • The ability to adapt to forever changing circumstances

  • Ability to provide an excellent customer experience

  • Ability to control a conversation

  • Gauging and diving into gaps in order to gain sale
