You will do much more than just meet expectations. Instead, you’ll provide a bespoke service to customers from all over the world, while you take enormous pride in maintaining our high standards, driving sales and hitting targets. Our customers expect impeccable service delivered by people with a genuine passion for a range of brands and a thorough knowledge of products, fashion or non-fashion.
In the Seasonal Department you will work closely with the brands across the 4th Floor and you’ll share your knowledge through unique Selfridges and brand stories, advise customers on their choices, pick out products to match and instinctively know what is suitable for each individual. Using your passion for what you do, you’ll work confidently with the Brand Specialists and Service Managers to deliver exceptional service and store standards. You will use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your product knowledge.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll need proven customer service experience, ideally gained within retail, hospitality or a similar environment. We’re looking for people who are passionate, commercially aware, highly self-motivated and – if you’re not already armed with specific product knowledge – keen to learn all you can about your area.
