We are seeking to talk with Sales Assistants who have experience within customer service, premium or luxury environments.

Sales Assistant - Role Overview:

• You will represent the luxury watch and jewellery brand and lead as a true ambassador
• Delivering personalised service and expertly showcasing exclusive timepieces
• Your ability to connect with customers and tell compelling stories about our watches will be crucial in helping clients find their perfect pieces
• A strong luxury or premium retail background in Fashion, Beauty or Accessories would be ideal

Sales Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, understanding and addressing individual needs to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Share the unique stories behind our luxury watches, highlighting their craftsmanship, heritage, and features.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively engage and educate customers.
• Assist with merchandising and ensure the store's visual standards reflect our brand's sophistication.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, delivering a seamless checkout experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and grace.

Sales Assistant - Qualifications:

• Proven retail experience in a premium or luxury environment, preferably in watches or high-end accessories.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional service.
