Job Title: Sales Office Assistant
Salary: £17,000 to £18,000 per annum plus Bonus Scheme, Company Pension, Staff discounts
We are looking for a Sales Office Assistant/Account Manager to join a well-established, successful company based in Crediton.
As part of the sales office team, you will be dealing with inbound calls, producing quotes, managing customer accounts and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
*Manage Customer Accounts
*Produce sales Quotes and Process/confirm purchase orders
*Deal with sales enquires
*Liaise with external agents and distributors
Essential Experience Required:
*Good Computer skills (outlook, word, excel)
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi task and prioritise a high workload
*Previous Account Management Experience
