SALES ASSOCIATE – LUXURY KIDSWEAR DEPARTMENT STORE and BOUTIQUE - LONDON FULL TIME - 40H About:
  • French Kidswear Brand with a large clothing collection across a range of designer t-shirts, dresses, shorts and accessories
  • Elegance, Timeless Fashion, and Identified with refined style and exquisite

Responsibilities:
  • To greet, serve, and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
  • Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers.
  • To demonstrate product knowledge in all categories
  • Assist with yearly stock audits
  • Closing and opening the boutique when required
  • Responsible for cash, cards, and tills transactions
  • Ensure the visual merchandising is immaculate
Requirements:
  • Must have 2 years of experience in retail.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude
  • Excellent in providing customer service
Offering:
  • £26,000 annual basic salary based on experience.
  • Great bonus structure/commission.
  • Excellent benefits scheme
