Pro-Gen is Birmingham’s fastest expanding sales, marketing and customer acquisition company. Due to expansion we now have several exciting positions available in our retail sales and in-store promotions department.
Duties of the role-
- Representing blue-chip clients at retail, in-store and promotional events
- Face-to-face customer interactions
- Customer acquisition
- Setting up and management of events
- Customer retention
We are looking for highly motivated, hard-working and customer focused individuals. This is an entry-level position, so no previous experience is needed. Experience in sales / retail / customer service / call centre / hospitality / marketing would be beneficial but not required.

As these positions are entry level, previous customer service experience is a bonus, however, not required! These roles are offered on a commission only basis allowing you to earn what you work for.
