We are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant to join our successful team in our outdoor living department and then moving on to Christmas as the seasons change.
The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience and excellent customer service, be able to answer queries and deal with occasional complaints and encompass an all-round team spirit. You must be computer literate and be able to answer online enquiries and have a good knowledge of stock control.
Experience of organising deliveries, stock replenishment and merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment would be an advantage.
Most of all it is essential you have a can-do attitude and a desire to give your customers the excellent customer service they have come to expect at Grosvenor.
Please note this role will involve working 5 days per week including alternate weekends.
