YOUR MISSION:

As Sales Assistant, you are responsible for:

• Liaising with clients in all areas of sales, ensuring client interaction and a highly personalized approach
• Utilizing specialist product knowledge when assisting with product selection and offering advice to customers
• Processing payments of various kinds
• Arranging delivery dates for larger items and dealing with customer complaints
• Monitoring and updating sales display areas

YOUR PROFILE:

• You bring a sales background (apprenticeship as Sales Assistant, or training, preferably in Retail)
• You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Sales Assistant or in a customer oriented position
• You enjoy being a brand ambassador and delivering a unique shopping experience to the Victorinox clientele
• With a friendly, positive and flexible mindset, you are a strong communicator and this enables you to easily establish long-term customer relationships
• Good language skills in English are mandatory, any other languages would be an advantage
• Your willingness to regularly work on weekends rounds off your profile
