C£30,000-£75,000 dependent upon experience + car allowance and bonus and benefits
My client is a national IFA network looking to increase membership by identifying potential members via advertising and personal referrals from existing members. You’ll be following up with meetings to demonstrate benefits of joining and assess suitability of applicants in terms of performance and integrity in order to maintain quality standards within the Group. You’ll also be looking to actively retain and develop Financial Advisers already within the Group.
You’ll have a background as a Sales Executive/Manager ideally based in the South of England, but my client would consider other geographical locations. It is anticipated that you will spend some time in the company HQ and possibly in the London office and will go out and about on the road with the Sales Director. You may well have a B2B background as a broker consultant, sales manager combined with experience of recruitment IFA’s / advisers. Ideally you should be FPC and or diploma qualified.
