Reed Accountancy Oxfordshire have exclusively partnered with a growing and Oxfordshire business, to recruit for a Sales and Purchase Administrator post, being recruited on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a business on a working interview to become a permanent member of staff of a growing and exciting organisation. Please do read on to find details of the responsibilities of the post below:
• Processing of all sales and purchase orders received and liaise with customers/suppliers accordingly.
• Process purchase orders for stock and direct customer shipments
• Review sales delivery reports, shipment into warehouse reports, purchase order status reports, and Freight Agents and update relevant spreadsheets with any changes in dates, quantities, split-orders.
• Produce & maintain various sales, purchase, stock, freight, customer order spreadsheets for key control purposes.
