Honeyrose Products Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic sales and office assistant to join their well established company based in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be responsible for orders received by telephone, through our website and by email, from receipt through to dispatch including invoicing and dealing with any queries. You would also answer all incoming calls, deal with suppliers, book couriers as well as other admin duties. Assisting with sales development and promotions as well as promoting the company through social media and attending exhibitions both in the UK and abroad is an important part of the role. Keeping accurate records is very important.
Office experience is preferred with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook being essential. A knowledge of Sage 50 accounts would be an advantage as would a full, clean driving licence.
This position would suit someone who enjoys responsibility and is adaptable in busy situations.
Salary £17,000 pa depending on experience
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (30 mins lunch break) with 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
